NPC additions can be problematic as this mod adds some in. It adds a lot of NPC so you always have to be aware of other mods and their placements. It changes so much (TPOSC) very few mods on play nice with it. There’s just nothing else close to it in terms of coverage. I use the TPOSC version of it (the complete one) and it’s been in my load order pretty much since it launched for Xbox. It does add a lot and has some cool encounters. The mod author has spent a long time working on this.
